就怕5.1草沒綠太冷了，沒想到草沒綠但是雪山還在，遍地牛羊，孩子們開心壞了！日出很美！營地前有條小河很適合在夏天再去一次！服務很周到，服務人員很熱情，幫忙拿行李！帳篷裏很暖和！不錯的體驗！希望有機會在夏天再去一次！

甘南最近的天氣真的是很不好，但是酒店還是讓人意外的覺得好。擔心帳篷會不會冷，各種衞生設施能不能到位……一切都很完美，帳篷裏的暖氣已經事先開好了，衞生間裏也是整潔暖和。小火鍋非常贊，還有篝火煙花，一切都是出乎預料的好。等到大晴天，去桑科草原的小夥伴們，選擇燕歐，一定會讓你滿意的喲！

房間設計的很有特色，整體環境也很好，小姐姐服務很好，隨叫隨到。但是我們去的那天天空不作美，下雪巨冷。吃的東西有更多選擇就更好了。

五一入住了三天，這個酒店非常舒服。地理位置方便，周邊到拉卜楞寺、甘加祕境都很便捷，住一個地方，深度遊玩甘南。特別是酒店旁邊很多鄉道，每個小道里麪都是不一樣的特別的風景。
酒店服務很好，管家式的，從入住開始到離店，管家妹妹都很好的給予幫助和便利。

服務：服務非常好，全程好幾位服務人員全程服務，幫拎行李，需要的東西全部都給送到房間，特別特別貼心！衞生間需要額外的電暖器也立刻安排上了！
設施：熱水很足，暖氣很暖，甚至熱出汗！我們晚上開到18度開着窗才沒那麼熱，根本不用擔心冷！洗手間配的東西比很多五星級酒店都齊全，浴巾和洗臉巾都是一次性的，非常衞生方便！
晚上住在草原上看星星參加篝火晚會，遠遠可以看見雪山，帳篷之間都離得很遠，私密性也很好！真是太物超所值了！

很奇特的體驗，草原白天還是晴空，第二天就帳篷就是漫天飛雪，帳篷裡頭很暖，服務也很好，茶水水果，咖啡早餐都會送過來，還幫忙拎行李，很貼心的服務了

酒店帳篷很有特色，風景非常漂亮，晚上的篝火晚會氣氛很好，但是可惜下雨了沒看到星空。帳篷裏是有點悶熱，不過可以拉開點窗子透氣。服務人員都很熱情，不過人員數量有點不夠，餐廳會來不及收拾。早餐是比較簡單，但是在草原上也不要求太高了。重要的是體驗這種不一樣的旅行。
