鄉城準四星級酒店，條件沒的説，就是房間偏小，酒店介紹又空調，結果是地暖，雖然高原地區空調是沒必要，不過你們的風扇也太小了吧，還沒孩子語文書大，風也小，被子太厚了，晚上被熱醒價幾次！衞生間的插座也是壞的，吹着吹風機，時斷時續的！早餐可圈可點，可選擇性不多！

淋浴間門關不上，洗完澡衞生間積水到腳面。房間隔音差，隔壁客人説話聲音特別清晰，整夜不能安心睡覺。夜裡3點多投訴前台，沒有任何改善。實在是讓人無語，慎重選擇這家酒店吧。
