設施：還行，相對比起來縣城裡還是不錯的；
衞生：很好，乾淨衞生；
環境：環境也不錯，住的挺舒心；
服務：服務還湊乎，畢竟縣城裡，為不能要求太高；
位置：很方便，周邊全是傢俱城；

第一次入住，交通便利，近矬口南口站，酒店到傢俱城步行不到十分鐘路程，安靜舒適，服務好，房間內設施比較齊全，滿足旅行住宿的要求，打掃得很乾凈，衞生間也很大，使用起來很方便

停車方便位置很大，房間乾淨整潔空間也很大，回新疆路過這裏價錢實惠，第一天住的另外一個酒店價錢高房間小，衞生間地漏反味嚴重一晚上沒睡好，第二天找到保頤酒店連續住了四天，很合適的一家酒店，照片走的時候拍的有點亂

11月份住過一星期，確實還不錯，這次住感覺差太多了，第一衞生沒之前的好，之前每天打掃衞生會把被子鋪好，這次住了三天，有一天換床單鋪了，其餘兩天都沒有管鋪床。其次完全不能洗澡，沒熱水，前台換了個男的，比之前的前台服務差很多，問啥都事不關己的態度

從價格來説，酒店是很實惠的，有一定性價比。白天和夜間的前台人員服務態度均不錯。酒店設施確實已老化，尤其洗澡後地面嚴重積水，另外不得不吐槽一下，部分人（可能是住客）素質不高，凌晨02：47有多名人員在走廊吵鬧説笑，幾乎是喊着聊天，持續十五分鐘左右，聽起來年齡都不小，且有男有女。清晨05：00走廊再次多人叫喊説笑，再次持續數分鐘，不清楚這些人素質有沒有底限。
