The bed is super big, the linen is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom space is also very large, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic in the morning and evening, the water temperature in the shower is a bit unstable, but it does not affect the overall evaluation. Service : While check in , those two staffs were very good, they knew how to handle the guests. But all the good work by the check in staff were ruined by the staff who were at the check out period!!! In fact I feel sorry for those at the evening shift. Boy who came to room to explain about the projector in the room, the other receptionist who recognised the guest may not understand the operation of the projector due to language barrier, were excellent and deserve praise for the attitude and understanding. On a contrary, ladies who were in the day shift , do not understand the importance of keeping the guest. When I tried to explain the projector has to be cleaned by showing photo, she was trying to defend that, that were not dust but part of machine. Verdict: Featured room is waste of money. Projector keep disconnects after every 3-4 minutes. If you mirror from your mobile, it won’t take the sound, but video only.

This time Xiangshan trip, I thought about staying in a homestay to experience it. I found a lot of homestays before I set off. I finally chose Xiaoyin in the east of the city. It really didn't disappoint us. I lived in peace of mind! At 3 pm that day, the landlord came out to greet him. As soon as he entered the door, the chic small garden won the heart of the baby. The little turtle poked out to greet the small guests. The room we booked is on the first floor, with a large space, simple Japanese style, and a small courtyard outside. We consulted the landlord on the platform in advance, and the landlord responded promptly and patiently. After arriving at the homestay, the landlord’s family was very warm and thoughtful, and also suggested travel routes for us. The two more heartwarming scenes are that the male landlord made a bowl of love birthday noodles for my baby; because the weather was hot, we changed the travel plan, but the check-out time was over, and the landlady did not urge us. Thank you for such a loving landlord, this will also be a good memory of our trip. If you have the opportunity to come to Xiangshan again, Chengdong Xiaoyin is definitely the first choice. This time it was a pity that the baby could not experience the star room. The boss reserved it for us next time.
