I don't know what positioning is in China, this one should feel similar to the level of Holiday Inn Express . The road in front of the hotel is unclear and the square is overgrown. The lobby is small and pitiful. The front desk staff wears a unified red shirt. The two people stay in a room card, giving people a feeling of fast hotel standard. The attitude of the staff is good, but the female staff basically does not make up. The hotel corridor is very hot, it is estimated that the electricity is turned off the air conditioner. Breakfast is relatively simple, smart selection level, 9 o'clock to basically do not make up for hot dishes, so there is no meat. Did not see coffee, maybe put it in a more difficult corner. 從辦理入住開始説起吧。四天兩次入住簡途，前台給我的感覺是受過較好的訓練，言行舉止都很得體，如微笑服務、雙手遞物、奉茶服務等等；入住過程客房阿姨的問候聲也非常恰當，雖然第二次入住不如第一次，但是也可能是我到店時間較晚阿姨做房比較累了，聲音小了點但是也有所體現因此可以理解；這家簡途的特點在於服務，設定在床頭的服務二維碼可以説是這家店最大的優勢，通過酒店員工較高的服務意識進一步放大，如24小時的洗衣服務、一些較為貼心的生活用品等等。內部設施方面的話對於一家開業近6年的店也沒什麼挑剔的，唯一不足是水温可能低了點，但也屬於可接受範圍。每一處細節決定酒店的品質，也能看出酒店管理層的水平，如果在湘潭要評出一箇中端酒店第一名的話，這家簡途當之無愧

The room is the largest in the same price range and has a tea table by the window, suitable for entertaining guests. Located in Wanda Plaza, the central business district, the view from the guest room floor is excellent. This time I chose the 32nd floor. The restaurant is on the 26th floor. There are many types of food, but there is a fly in the ointment. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is not good. The temperature in Xiangtan at that time reached over 40°C. I was sweating profusely during the meal, which affected the experience. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible. In addition, parking fees are too expensive even with discounts. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.
