酒店有地下停車場，自駕停車比較方便，前台服務人員態度很好，很熱情，湘陰是左宗棠的故里，可以去看看，湘江邊也可以去散個步。

2.10號大年初一晚上入住，第一天入住房間缺了些東西，打了兩次電話讓送下，然後娃不小心把水灑了，打電話讓幫忙處理下。一個年輕的胖胖的服務員，來了之後就像誰欠她錢一樣，一邊接電話一邊擦地，電話裏在吵架，然後放下電話，大聲問:你們缺什麼一次性跟我説了。我説:這次是灑了水，不是缺東西，實在不好意思。前後這女的還挺不高興，擦地不管不顧，差點踩了箱子，然後要沖到廁所投抹布，我老公在洗澡，淋浴的聲音很明顯，衹要不是聾子應該都能聽到，還好被我攔住了…這翻操作下來，把我和娃看傻了…沒有當麪吵，因為大年初一，不吉利，但是差評必須要給，天南海北的住過各種酒店，這樣的服務態度還是第一次遇到，必須記錄下來，400多一個晚上應該是湘陰天花板了，沒想到能這樣大跌眼鏡，沖這服務也不會再來！！後面幾天沒見到這個胖姑娘，服務員是個年紀大點的阿姨，人就很好，正常了。

一走近大廳前台就微笑熱情的打招呼，樂樂快速的幫我們辦理的入住，還給送了洗面奶。早餐也是多種多樣，衞生也很乾凈，下次還會來這裏。

住過湘陰多家酒店，覺得怡程酒店最有特色！酒店主打茶文化，辦理入住時前台小吳給我們倒了祛濕茶，下午還可以在一樓茶廳飲茶和朋友聊天，晚上讓服務員給我們多送了幾包茶放在房間。晚上睡前服務員還給我們房間送了晚安牛奶，體驗感極佳。

從長沙下班到湘陰 在阿甘大排檔吃完夜宵之後就入住了對面的怡程 對於房間沒有一點問題 一進門就感覺很大氣 很喜歡廁所的化粧鏡和全身鏡 這個價格很值得 唯一一點需要改進的地方就是“洗手池下面的燈不能關”在這裏必須實名錶揚前台小姐姐“蔣顏”凌晨三點都還很稱職的在線 老闆應該加工資吧
