首先標註（酒店整體服務態度爛到底了已經，特別是大堂經理 張倩！）環境二星級，服務菜市場級別，特別是五月八號下午的值班經理（張倩），原因是因為 7 號入住普通大床房，單因工作需要我打電話諮詢了換電競大床房，前台確實明説了需要補交 30 元清潔費，我也認可，但是我下樓去換房卡的時候，我問她我要交清潔費，而她正眼都不帶看人的，衹搖了搖頭，且皺着眉頭刷**，作為顧客，我無法忍受這種“狗不理”的服務態度，且極其不耐煩，請問酒店是您家的嗎？但是第二天退房的時候退還按金缺扣了所謂 30 塊錢的清潔費，於是我諮詢前台，前一天我來換房間的時候，非常傲慢的張倩經理搖了頭，而我問了兩遍需不需要交，她都衹搖了搖頭，而前台人員告訴我，她沒聽清，以為我要補差價，哈哈，電競房比普通大床房要貴幾十塊錢，明明是傲慢的張倩經理專心玩手機因為我打擾她進行網絡沖浪而對我的服務態度，請問花源酒店已經算仙桃不錯的酒店，你們經理都這樣，那你們整個酒店還能怎麼樣？失望且憤怒，如此高傲的服務態度，應該是看人下菜碟，全國都在推行旅遊，我也問問仙桃文旅局，仙桃就是這樣歡迎廣大人民旅遊和投資的嗎？再其次，本人並不是計較所謂的三十元清潔費，我金鑽會員即將升級為黑鑽會員，一年至少在攜程消費三十萬元以上，貴到六星酒店低到怎麼也是普通五星，但是第一次遇見如此讓人生氣的經理。

前台小姐姐的服務態度很好，非常有耐心，到店前細心詢問到店時間，天氣炎熱，提前給房間開了空調，房間衞生很乾凈，隔音效果特別好，而且出門就是步行街和商場，很方便！早餐還有仙桃特色鱔魚粉，很不錯哦
