服務態度極差，睡個覺莫名其妙門就被別人打開了！問前台什麼情況，查監控半天也沒個説法，監控形同虛設！還沒一點歉意，差評中的差評！自己的卡打不開門，別人的卡能打開，真是好笑

這是我住過仙桃所有酒店，體驗感最差的一個酒店。。我們基本一年在仙桃住酒店要住200天。。這個酒店是最差的。第一次聽説用酒店一次性牙刷還要錢。。。説房間衹配兩把，我問誰規定的，打掃衞生的樓層管理説是她規定的。。。那如果我開個標間住4個人，還有兩個人不是不能刷牙了？？？總之，一個字，差

新開的應該是，環境挺不錯的，但是不滿意的一點就是性價比不高，所謂的湖景房不知道是房型的原因打開窗户看到的都是樹，可能是樓層低的原因吧，總體來説體驗感還是不錯的。

酒店硬件設施很新，客房能達到五星標準等級，房間也夠大；服務也不錯，如果衹是住宿的話，強烈推薦這個酒店；酒店雖然有很多麻將房（本地人怎麼這麼喜歡打麻將？），隔音良好，不受影響；早餐一般，對得起這個價格。碰巧入住的房間空調製冷效果不好，前台小姐姐給更換了新的客房，雖然是麻將房，煙味有些大，在此表示感謝；值得再次選擇的酒店！！
