Keep your eyes open and don’t be cut off like me. The second service attitude is very poor. When I booked a hotel at Qunar, it said that I have to go to the front desk of the hotel. Now both parties are pushing back and forth on the invoice, saying that the other party issued it. They are speechless. The front desk service attitude is amazing. Whether it is in person or online communication, it is not opened. What can I do? The third time I arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the middle of the night, I just wanted to take a layover and sleep for a while. It turns out that this hotel must have cooperated with a travel agency. There were forty or fifty people in Wuyang and Wuyang checking in. And it was the first time I came here and I didn’t even know that these two hotels were the same. I was so sleepy that I couldn’t check in. Who knows? I had to call. I called the hotel where I was and the person directly told me to go to the hotel opposite to check in. I didn't work the night shift. I lost my temper and it took a few minutes before a manager on duty came to check in. To be honest, I basically don't give bad reviews, but this one I can't stand the hotel anymore.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, convenient to travel, the reception service at the front desk is warm, and the experience is very good! The room facilities are very good, the sanitation is very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will continue to stay here!

Free pick-up and drop-off, tell the front desk the boarding time when you check in, and they will call in advance to let you get ready to go downstairs and take the car! The earliest time to drop off is at 4:30 in the morning, and I communicated with the front desk to drop off at 4:00 in the morning. The overall feeling is good, don't go to live in nearby villages, you get what you pay for, and you will stay here again if you have a chance!
