帶孩子出來玩剛好是孩子的生日，入住時前台工作人員給孩子説了生日快樂還給送了個毛絨玩具，孩子很高興！客房姐姐也送來了生日快樂的卡片和小零食，餐廳這邊還給我們送了生日果盤，看的出來這家酒店服務工作做得很用心很細緻。還有酒店交通方便，停車場很大。環境不錯，設施齊全。值得推薦的一家酒店！

第一次去咸陽，離火車站很近，就選擇了這個相對性價比高的酒店。進酒店，工作人員相當的熱情幫我提了行李，前台小姑娘也是優質服務，讓人感覺很舒服，房間挺大，很温馨舒適，客房服務員都很熱情，主動幫我添加保温壺，早餐也是相當豐富，可惜要去旅遊景點也衹能簡單草草完成。想着第二天彌補，誰想到，風聲鶴唳草木皆兵，衹能匆匆出逃，趕着回屋。地段還是不錯的，出行方便！

其實要説酒店環境和服務都還不錯，就是前台接電話的小姐姐有點忽悠人，電話諮詢是否可以從酒店直接通往温泉，小姐姐告知説是可以的，也沒有提示説要買什麼酒店套票。結果去了之後又説不可以，必須是買套票。我就很納悶難道這家酒店和海泉灣温泉不是一家嗎？我又不是沒有買温泉門票。害的長者小孩冒着大雨在温泉區和酒店之間來回跑。真的影響體驗感，再説也不是第一次海泉灣了，之前每次都是入住的是海泉灣温泉酒店，這次因為沒有房間了第一次定了維景，就發生這樣的事情。以後我和家人反正是不敢再次入住了，真的有點坑！

這次入住體驗非常不錯，停車方便，距離西安和機場都比較近，硬件設施以及服務都很到位，酒店前台、中餐廳及客房的工作人員都很親切，見面會問好很有禮貌，中餐廳的菜品很豐富種類很多味道也很好，前台工作人員辦理入住很快，每個人都面帶微笑給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，客房的床品很舒服，還有迷你吧，晚上客房送來小零食，感覺非常好，總的來説這家酒店不錯，值得推薦下次還會選擇維景。

位置：離市中心很近，交通便利，出行方便
環境：大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨，一進門就有一股淡淡的香味非常好聞！
服務：服務很好，各種問題都能很好地解決，前台工作人員細心，有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都是笑眯眯的，感覺很親切，還幫我免費延遲了退房時間，超讚的！房間座機可以直撥前台電話給我解決了很多問題。房間有免費的礦泉水，獨立wifi，房間住起來也很舒服，睡眠質量非常棒。早餐很豐富，餛飩很好吃，種類全，味道也都非常不錯。
停車：酒店停車場很大，是地面停車場，是免費停車，停車方便。很推薦這家酒店！值得一住！
