服務員的服務態度很好，就是大家一定不要住201號房，該房窗户外通宵的燒鍋爐低頻噪音，完全睡不着，被子也是不透氣，雖然服務員妹妹找了一床相對薄一點的，但是睡到半夜在室外温度10度左右的情況下還是汗流浹背，想到洗手間去洗一下臉，廁所下水道返味，完全可以把你薰死，本想當天徒步走完長情坪溝好好休息一下，全部葬送在這個 400多一晚並不便宜的民宿裏。

被**吸引過來，結果現實大打折扣。也不知**怎麼那麼多好評，很佩服制作視頻的人，水平高！咋拍的，咋刷的。周邊環境一般。下着雨，院子有些泥濘，房子和設施陳舊。前台服務中規中矩，較冷淡。兩間房，其中一間房的衞生間竟然還是蹲便，另外一間的取暖器噪音很大。

房間很小，一點不隔音，對麪店鋪唱歌能唱到半夜，樓上樓下説話聲音聽的很清晰。。。根本睡不好！氂牛火鍋也平平無奇 最主要的是我們説過了早晨6點就離店，結果店家竟然把一個客人的車停在停車場的主要通道，給我們堵了將近一個小時，遲遲聯繫不上店家和車主！導致耽誤了一天的行程，真的很失望。。。來四姑娘山住宿的一定要做好攻略，避雷這種不靠譜商家

第三次來住了 每次來四姑娘山就直接來他家住了 酒店的服務人員態度都挺好的 店裡有免費的藏服可以借還穿進了景區裏面拍了寫真 周圍吃飯也蠻方便

位置:很好，距離長坪溝走路幾分鐘就到啦
設施:看的出來老闆有用心在維護設施
衞生:房間乾淨整潔，值得安利
服務:剛定就有管家聯繫我們，幫我們做攻略，提行李，非常到位
餐廳:氂牛肉火鍋很好吃，湯喝了2碗，哈哈哈

酒店的小姐姐小哥哥非常的熱情禮貌，到達和離開的時候都主動幫忙提行李，細心解答並解決了我一家三口旅遊的各種問題，還給我特意建了個微信羣為我解答各種問題。房間設施還是蠻不錯的。酒店位置就在長坪溝口，去長坪溝非常方便。距離雙橋溝有6-7公里遠，坡底有公交車可以直接到（票價7元），很方便。我是春節時候來的，房間有地暖很暖和，坐在酒店頂樓曬太陽發呆真的非常恰意。

第一次來四川 第一次來川西 第一次來雪山
體驗很開心 民宿老闆帶我們看日落 一起在大廳圍爐取暖 這裏的陽光不要錢 都能睜不開眼了
第一天晚上朋友不太適應老闆開車帶我們去醫院吸氧 幸好第二天就緩和了 沒有浪費這麼好的風景
屋裡的衞生也每天清掃的很乾凈 有充足熱水

1.訂雙橋溝酒店時，很糟心，除了高端酒店，其他酒店都看到各種差評，對四姑娘山酒店業的第一印象是“亂”----不免各種擔心。
2.訂該店主要原因：也有差評，但回覆客觀説還是很誠懇。就這一點，秒殺了八成同類店家，有心的可以看看，其他店家面對差評，真的是懟天懟地懟空氣。説起來好笑，一個風景區的酒店行業，竟然在回覆差評態度方面做得出色點，就可以秒殺同行，可見四姑娘山酒店業整體層面，需要提升的空間有多大！
3.入住後，擔心疑慮消除。一個店，硬件量力而行，消費者自由選擇，但乾淨衞生方面是基本態度，我覺得這家店做到了現有硬件下能實現的乾淨衞生程度了。
4.服務方面，店家入住後建了服務羣，雖然我沒怎麼用，但店家有❤就很不錯。
總結：好評，以後過來仍會選這家，也會向朋友推薦。
附：親身感受，沒有差評中説的那麼差。
