謝謝民宿的老闆，温柔愛笑的姐姐幫我們升級的房型，這個姐姐太温柔了，講實話假日的温暖都多了。還貼心的給我們介紹了遊玩的熱線，還讓一直安利我們免費釣龍蝦🦞，看網格狀的海帶曬場，地理位置也很好，晚上從縣上海鮮吃好回來11分鐘，去大京沙灘🏖️也順路的。#位置交通下尾島和霞浦縣城中間。#房間設施很新，老闆很有品質，都木質地板。#停車一大片停車場，適合自駕#服務更不用講了，免費水果茶點，白茶，早餐，很難得了

是一家適合自駕的民宿位置離縣城有點遠但有一個挺大的停車場剛剛24年裝修好的後面的村用地都還沒建好宣傳頁與實際相符所見即所得乾淨衞生安靜民宿姐姐們有求必應服務超好建議按個開門鎖就不用大半夜的還爬起來了手機或者物理開關就能遠程操作

春節去霞浦旅遊酒店訂的晚了沒什麼可選擇的了，找到這家民宿價格在春節期間還算可以也不是特別的貴看點評也不錯新裝修的，確實挺好的停車也方便有自帶的停車場乾淨衞生，還包含早餐，房間也很乾凈除了離縣城有點距離其他都很好，老闆娘也很熱情

老闆非常熱情好客，讓人真的有賓至如歸的感覺，就像住在一個老朋友家裡因為臨近假期尾聲，老闆給升級了房間，感覺很好，房間也很乾凈，讓人很舒服，送了歡迎水果，門口就可以看到白鷺。寵物友好酒店，這點超級棒，會推薦給身邊的朋友，祝老闆生意興隆

別有洞天的精緻民宿，老闆對房間的整體設計把控非常到位，處處體現出高雅品味和中國文化元素，細節之處彰顯功力，就算是一份平常早餐也因為如此精緻擺盤而變得充滿高級感，老闆和老闆夫人還有親戚態度和藹熱情，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，民宿的標準完全是高檔酒店的規格，用的牙具毛巾等質感好評，完全不輸中高端酒店。總之如果你是一個愛自然愛生活喜歡中國文化有品味的遊客，定會愛上這家耕讀小院。

民宿旁邊就是專屬停車場，停車非常方便。
民宿的兩位姐姐人很好，對於遊玩攻略可以直接和他們聊。乾淨而且衞生，上房間需要換拖鞋。

屋外有很大一片綠地和停車場，民宿位置往東海一號線和進霞浦縣城都很方便。老闆很熱情，房間裏會放攝影地圖，入住茶點，可在樓下的茶室品茶，感受霞浦風情，入住感覺很放鬆。推薦推薦；早餐有不錯，品嚐到了霞浦特色的蝦米。
