整體上還算滿意吧，公寓然後是沒有酒店接待前台的，然後就是微信告知你密碼，然後就可以入住。對面就是萬達廣場，而且在航天大道旁邊，交通還是很方便的。樓下有很多燒烤的，晚上吃夜宵方便

#好評#對交通方便程度，隔音，性價比，房內採光，位置，鄰近活動滿意；没有前台，但微信服务尚可。没有传统的浴巾，只有一次性的。有拖鞋，有灭蚊器，有洗衣机，燃气热水器。卫生打整尚可，但部分区域有死角。推荐入住。

硬件很差勁，比普通出租屋的還差。衞生較差，沙發上灰噗噗的還有毛髮。淋浴間封閉式的，很小很潮，發黴了，住了幾天不敢洗澡。桌子啥的我拿濕巾挨着擦了一遍。衹值百塊出頭短暫歇腳可以住一晚，其餘就算了。優點就是坐公交來回西站很方便，樓下走幾步直達。對面有個萬達裏面有個永輝，方便買東西。看地圖離邛海近，其實近的是邛海邊的一堆雜草地。真正的最近的觀海點也要走二十分鐘才能到。服務還行吧，管家都有回覆。

環境挺好的，佈置得很温馨，配有一次性浴巾毛巾。沒有酒店前台，微信聯繫入住。需要注意的是房間可能會在不同樓棟，會比較麻煩，我們定的有個房間很吵，樓下喝酒吵到半夜一兩點。

房間很大，比較安靜，有客廳廚房陽台，老闆也很熱情，但目前還未設定前台，微信遙控住宿，訂的有一間房打開時發現還沒收拾，聯繫老闆給換了一間，地下停車場不能免費停車，有一間房間沒有放浴巾，總有一些小瑕疵，影響入住體驗。
