衞生：衞生還算乾淨。
環境：周邊是商業區，樓下很多燒烤店，對面就是萬達廣場，樓道隔音效果不是特別好，住的這間房靠公路街道，晚上把窗户關緊睡會稍微安靜一點，但是不通空氣，房間不是很大。
服務：服務還行吧，前台有問要不要換近一點的房，但衹有榻榻米。

性價比非常高的酒店，店家給升級了榻榻米大床房，首先是房間衞生和設施非常的棒，而且還有電磁爐和抽油煙機，前台小姐姐非常熱情，周邊的小吃太多了，尤其是燒烤和火鍋，衹是晚上吃飯的太晚了，還有唱卡拉OK的，有些吵，不過在11樓還可以，傳上來聲音不算大。
