兩年前住過一次，這次義無反顧的選擇了聚亨，簡直是太失望了，剛進房間發現地面衞生基本沒打掃被子沒洗乾淨，洗漱用品全都沒有補充，居然還有上一個客人遺留的使用過的紙巾（當時忘了拍照了），趕緊給前台打電話保潔來了以後説客人太多可能給忘了，真是無語了。最離譜的是半夜12點也不知道哪裡來的嗡嗡響的噪音還有電梯運行的聲音（我住5層的房間挨着電梯），這個噪音真不是一般人能承受的，我去前台想調換一下房間，前台直接和我説沒有房間了，關於電梯運行噪音的問題前台是這樣給我答覆的，她説等晚一點客人不坐電梯了就沒有電梯的噪音了，（難道我住酒店幾點睡覺完全要取決於你們酒店幾點客人不坐電梯嗎？）房間蚊子太多，我管她要電蚊香，居然説沒有，説衹有可以點燃的蚊香，你們不怕把客人薰死嗎？（統計了一下咬我3個包、愛人5個包、孩子7個包），迷迷糊糊5點多睡著了，6點酒店旁邊有個工地就開始施工了，哎～這一晚上簡直就是人間煉獄！！！經常帶家人出來，這次體驗太差了，那麼多好評都是怎麼來的？頭一次給差評，也就是沒有負分，我覺得1分這個酒店現在這樣都不配。2023.7.26錫盟
