Booking the hotel on the app was easy and effortless. The hotel needs a good clean. We booked the Business Leisure Room. When checking in the front desk said I had no booking, even though I was holding the booking confirmation in front of her. I gave her my name etc but said I don’t have a booking and can’t check in. After that, getting into the room. The carpets are not clean, they seem old and have stains. Just didn’t expect such service experience especially with the type of booking we made.

It is a road away from Wanda, you can go over the overpass, and scan the code at the front desk every time you park.
A few minutes' drive from Dafo Temple, about 40 minutes from Nineteen Peaks.
The breakfast is not rich but edible. The front desk did not have a professional warm greeting but was quite straightforward. The facilities are not particularly short, but the sound insulation is not good, and the intercom outside the door is noisy at night.

It's just so-so. I was told that there were not enough rooms for group rooms for room upgrade. It might be a ventilation problem. There was a little odor in the room. It was very average among Ctrip's four-diamond hotels. It was quite convenient to have robots deliver food.
The transportation was quite convenient. It took a few minutes to drive to the Big Buddha Temple. There was Wanda Plaza opposite.
Maybe I lowered my expectations. The breakfast was much better than I thought.

The room is of satisfactory size, suitable for a family of three.
Hygiene: There was a smell as soon as I entered. I opened the window to blow it out, but the smell was still on the bedding when I returned at night. It was very uncomfortable.
Service: The toiletries were all given by the front desk. There were three people, but only two were given. I had to call again. I drove there by myself. I scanned the code at the front desk to get free parking. The front desk was very indifferent.
