Very good hotels. There are triangular houses and octagonal houses. The rooms are full for the second graders. The hotel service is very considerate. When we arrived at 10 o'clock, the room we booked was not packed out, so they upgraded us directly. The child didn't bring a hat and even lent us a hat. The hotel didn't have breakfast the next day, but they let us go back to them for breakfast for free, which was really great! The geothermal air conditioner in the house is very warm. It is more than minus 20 degrees outside. You can wear short-sleeved clothes in the house. I will try to stay here in autumn next time.

After all, it is enough to be happy and comfortable when traveling. However, I witnessed with my own eyes the whole process of a young man almost getting into a fight with a customer, which made me very surprised and incredible. I sounded quite angry. I thought it was the hotel's bad attitude. It was just a quarrel over the issue of collecting dishes during breakfast time. I almost wanted to fight. The guy looked like he should shut up after eating my food. In fact, it was just... Everything can be solved with just "Sorry", but he did his part. The guests asked him n-words about what the service is. He has no sense of service at all and is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I I also feel that I am not respected when I stay here. 😟It is not enough for the management to do a good job. The first time I came to Aershan, I was attracted by this place. The Triangular House in Lujiao Bay where I stayed was a surprise! The hotel environment is great! You can see the snowy scenery in the distance from the floor-to-ceiling windows ~ Manager Zhang Yu served us and he was super nice! Very considerate and all our needs were met. Although it was very cold in Aershan, the hotel service made us feel warm! I will stay here again next time I come! Highly recommended!

There are not many types but it is quite exquisite. Milk tea, soy milk, milk, buns, steamed buns and flower rolls, plus three or four kinds of stir-fry dishes. Western food includes slices of bread, small cakes, yogurt, two or three kinds of fruits, and pickles. The main meal is relatively expensive, about 200 for a chicken stewed with mushrooms. We ordered a bowl of noodles, which was a very big bowl. In fact, there are many restaurants on both sides of the street outside the hotel. I personally feel that there is no need to eat in the hotel. Oh, by the way, there are few tables and chairs in the hotel restaurant, so if you go late, you may not have a seat. ‼ ️The hotel environment is very good. There was a problem with the room on the first night this time. Manager Zhang Yu also solved it. The waiters I met during the period were all young people. I can feel that they are working hard to do a good job. After all, in a place where the tourism industry is not so mature, the requirements should not be too harsh. The price of 2,000+ per night during the National Day is a bit high, I hope it can be priced reasonably

來阿爾山玩的南方土豆🥔，房間無論是景觀還是供暖都非常好，地暖都能燙腳，零下30度依舊可以在房間內單衣單褲。室內的浴缸也很大很長，對身高高的人也很友好。房間外面看出去還能看見黃羊！早餐也不錯，小菜很好吃。

設施：設施都比較新，沒有老舊情況。 衞生：衞生條件也很滿意，畢竟在小鎮，能有這種現代裝修風格 乾淨衞生的還是很難得 環境：環境不錯哇 拉開窗簾都可以看雪 雖然有一點點擔心私隱 但住的幾天 幾乎沒有人路過 挺安靜的 而且拉上紗簾 完全不影響 服務：有一天回來發現衞生間多了一個電熱板，估計是怕我們冷 很貼心 整體很值得，我們元旦去的，供暖過於給力，晚上完全可以不蓋被子睡，感覺在睡熱炕頭。 早餐比較簡單，包子粥炒菜這些，但用餐座位好少，不過因為人少 倒也沒有等位情況，衹是第一天人滿了，但是工作人員很快給我們單獨弄來了桌子和椅子 現場搭了個靠窗的用餐枱 以後再來還是想來繼續住的！ 地理位置 離阿爾山市區有三公里 需要電話叫車，因為出了外面 打車要加幾塊錢 問題不大

首先，我想説一下，這個酒店的經理***是個極其不負責也不懂服務的經理，她的服務態度還沒前台幾個男生一半好，這個酒店的木屋，我覺得造的是挺好看的，有成為網紅酒店的潛質，但是這個***經理真的服務很差，辦入住時候説想要個好看的房子拍拍照，從沒提過什麼無理要求，結果她説訂房人多，都滿房了，衹有那間，入住後晚上打電話去問第二天吃飯的在哪，她卻突然説入住人太少不開自助餐了，她説攜程寫訂完是因為訂的人太少了，所以就把房源都關了。晚上到酒店發現確實沒什麼人入住，黑壓壓的一片。然後發現那個落地窗漏風嚴重，室內空調開了很久都不熱，室內都結冰了，結果這個***經理回覆説正常的，她家窗台裏也結冰，天冷讓我們自己克服一下，真是被這種神回覆弄的哭笑不得，又説店裡不能提供其他取暖設備，然後我找攜程反應了下，她後來就打電話説找員工從家裡送來，結果是不到五分鐘就送來了，真是吹牛習慣了，把消費者都當** 了

阿爾山最好的酒店，沒有之一。整個房間佈局設計空間利用非常合理，很現代化，還有浴缸，地暖超級暖和。早餐廳落地大玻璃，園區美景一覽無餘。
