位置非常好，離海邊近，但又有一定的距離，避免了潮濕、吵鬧、蚊蟲的騷擾。窗户可以看到第一海水浴場、菊花島碼頭、第二海水浴場以及遠處的菊花島和磨盤山島，完全符合海天一色的名字。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，每年都來興城玩今年住的環境最滿意，本來訂了四天又➕了兩天，房東大姐人挺好去哪都有推薦，全程遙控指揮無接觸，性價比最高了，普通的大床房還能觀海，面積大四五十平，房價旺季都在漲價，和其他家衹需要一半左右，真心推薦大家住他家，祝老闆生意興隆！
