睡眠質量不好,喜歡安靜一些的房間,前台小姐姐瞭解情況後，立馬幫更換房間，服務態度非常熱情👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適，早餐也很可口，停車也方便，最主要的是價格非常實惠，不比星級酒店差哦，值得大家參考

我從來不給差評，因為商家做生意也不容易，遇到問題能溝通解決就行了。但是這一次泊悦酒店實在是太惡劣了。我們在酒店看好了兩間房，攜程上118元訂好了一間，顯示還有三間房，在高德上113元訂另一間酒店卻一直不給確認，我們在酒店大堂等了很久，無奈衹好先去吃飯，後來被平台短訊告知訂單被酒店取消。由於一間房已經辦理了入住，我衹好花146元重新下單。入住的時候問前台我們看好的那間405還空着。我們到海南自駕遊走了一個多月，從來沒有碰到這種情況，沒想到在紅色之都、將軍故里卻還有這種欺騙消費者的不誠信商家，真是令人氣憤、痛心。革命老區要發展，首先就要轉變觀念，這種靠欺騙攫取利益的手段是不能長久的！

住406廁所漏水漏到房間！服務特差！房間有問題不解決還要補差價！住了一天換到218去，我説等我有時間回來收東西結果前台説3點沒回來換就客房阿姨會換過去！結果我晚上回來濕的衣服、乾的衣服和襪子全部給我裝袋子裏！我想請問你家衣服和襪子放在一起內褲放在一起的嗎
