服務，衞生都非常滿意，還給我們升級了海景湯池套房。五一假期五百多能住到這種品質的房間真的偷着樂，早餐也特別棒，出門就是石海景區，附近的點殺柴火燒雞一絕。逛了景區回來晚上泡了二十分鐘的湯池，簡直不要太舒服，酒店還有免費租漢服拍照，旁邊還有旅拍。同等品質的酒店應該要八九百一千多了，以後有機會還會再來的。

據説和景區屬同一公司，酒店位置得天獨厚，可以直接觀賞天坑，建設標準也很高，配套、裝修、房間設施都很好，非常棒的入住體驗。提兩點小小的不足，一是早餐和整體檔次相比略顯遜色，作為宜賓景區連宜賓燃麪都沒有，二是酒店新開業，流程上還有優化空間。其他都很完美。

酒店環境非常棒，住的帳篷房，就在天坑旁邊，可直接觀景天坑，很nice，小朋友很喜歡，晚上營地活動也挺好，氛圍很好，如果不下雨，就很完美了，服務也好，早餐豐富，一次不錯的體驗，下次來石海的話，不住帳篷房，想試試酒店的房間……

設施和服務絕對是五星級標準的，我們住的湯池房，湯池特別大，10個人一起泡都沒問題，哈哈，服務也很好，感覺比大城市的五星級酒店服務更加真誠相待，早餐也不錯，露營地也不錯，特別推薦湯池房！

我住這一間是天坑獨一無二的全景帳篷，正對天坑。整個酒店僅次一間。所以要感受天坑全景的朋友需要下手快一些。我也是僥倖遇到剛開業，輕鬆入住！
