挺好的，找不到位置，打電話也會很耐心的更我講，很實惠，對於衹需要有個地方住一晚，要求不高的話還是很好噠，房間不大，但是睡個覺足矣，總之很不錯

位置很好找，距離新化火車站六百多米，出火車站往左手邊走600多米左右，看到中國農業銀行就在後麪進去，旁邊還有個保安亭，有人值班的！要上四樓辦入住登記。我是在網上預訂普通單間，房間帶窗還有個吊扇，還挺大的，乾淨衞生整潔。床被枕頭都挺好，晚上睡覺舒服，這第一次來新化旅遊感覺挺好！金秋招待所就讓我有賓至如歸的感覺！非常滿意的一次入住！

附近比較繁華，火車站和羅盛教紀念館不是很遠，我都是步行的；住宿要從樓棟後面進去，兩邊巷道都可以到樓棟後面，房間不大，店家有兩個小孩，還有小孩的同學來玩。
