途經新鄉，偶然入住，周邊環境不錯，離高鐵站很近，停車也方便，入住發現當地人大會在酒店召開，和前台溝通中得知每年都接待兩會，心想應是當地標桿酒店。入住體驗後發現酒店果然不一般，主動服務意識很強，遇到的工作人員粧容精緻，微笑打招呼，連大堂做清潔的阿姨都笑容可掬。趕上降温狂風大雪，大堂還有姜水梨湯，考慮很細緻，降雪第二天大堂鋪設了防滑地墊直到電梯間，反應迅速令人驚奇；客房設計裝修很精緻，開業四年依然很新，窗明幾凈，天氣幹多要了2瓶水，服務員送水時還主動提供了加濕器；早餐因大會客人很多，但工作人員忙而不亂，還能主動幫忙取牛奶，菜品很豐富，不亞於五星酒店，嚐了下當地特色胡辣湯味道挺好，還有甜點麪包，葷素搭配；退房時前台主動詢問是否有車輛過夜，提醒天氣，讓人感到很温暖!這次入住選這家很值得，下次來新鄉一定還要住!

酒店離新鄉高鐵站10分鐘車程。硬件整體比較在線，佈置的年味十足。服務是酒店最大的亮點，從前台、餐廳、保潔，都讓人感覺熱情舒適。原計劃住2晚的，硬生生的連住了4晚

房間非常寬敞，孩子也喜歡，洗澡間淋雨非常給力，還有入住水果和酸奶，客房服務非常好，小姐姐很温柔，停車也方便，樓下就是停車場，附近寶龍商圈，出行方便，下次去新鄉還住這裏。
