Definitely a 5 star experience
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors.
Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered.
There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel.
Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !!
No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

3 families travelled together here and we booked 3 villas with pool. The setting is beautiful though the hotspring water might not be actual hotspring. The restaurant inside the hotel has great foods at reasonable price. Highly recommend to stay in to have a meal.

酒店整體環境服務都不錯，富麗堂皇，美中不足的是温泉湯池離客房太遠，浴袍衹有在客房區域主動向服務人員要才有，温泉區沒有浴袍可以用，這點非常不方便。

大堂是全紅木建築，富麗堂皇，房間也是新中式佈置，房間乾淨整潔寬敞明亮，整個酒店每一處都可以出大片，拍照首選，建議帶上漢服，温泉人不多，水質乾淨，泡完皮膚很潤滑的感覺，服務設施都很好，值得再來。

非常值得和開心的一次體驗！房屋裝修非常有檔次，衞生也很好，環境很安靜，迷你吧贈送了多種飲品、小吃還有紅木佛珠和筷子！每天還有水果！住了挺多温泉酒店感覺這裡是最超值的！餐廳出品也非常地道，不亞於廣州的酒樓。唯一美中不足的是房裡沒有浴缸和泡池，衹能去温泉區，下雨天多少有點不方便。複式樓二樓衹有主卧一個廁所。衞生間建議裝一個隱形晾衣身會更方便一點。

小別墅佈置雅緻舒適，大小適中。園林設計很好，處處有花。零食水飲配備齊全。水果籃顏色搭配好看。淋浴水量大，舒適。明代風格傢俬但不方便葛優躺，需要正襟危坐。如果配張禪椅可以盤腿坐，再配張貴妃椅就完美了。下大雨別墅的泳池沒法兒用。水也比較濁。温泉池在兩房夾角角落頭裡，也會淋雨，景觀欠佳，氣味也不太好。而且每次放水都需喊客房服務來，不太方便。放水的服務員進進出出很多次開開關關。夜晚燈光昏暗，池邊還有青蛙一家來訪。温泉池就有點雞肋。早餐質量可以選擇豐富。服務員的態度都很客氣，笑容燦爛。一看都是有培訓的。

一次訂了3間雙人房，房子很大，床都是150的床，環境優雅，温泉湯池都有很多，熱板床，無邊泳池，魚🐟療池，等等還有娛樂場所，帶娃都是很不錯的地方，早餐很豐富，服務很好👍隔壁也是旅遊景點勝地，下次還會再來

回頭客哦，目前唯一一家去過還想再去一次的酒店，就是三房四房別墅總是定不到。服雨天別有意境，冒雨再拜國恩寺，參觀了上次沒去的紅木展，早餐一如既往地好，中餐廳雖貴但出品可以，所有服務員都很有禮貌且響應迅速，但是太想替我省錢，居然建議我讓兒子睡長椅以省點加床費…總體非常滿意
