酒店位置不錯，房間裝修也很不錯，很乾凈，員工都很熱情，看見了都會打招呼，前台有個男的長得挺帥的，服務特別熱情，還給我耐心講解了周邊的美食，不知道是不是他們店長，下次來新餘就住這家店了

酒店出行放便，進來忘記帶口罩，前台還會給一個，訂的商務的，給我免費升級了一下，住的11樓，可以看江邊的景色，房間裏有兩瓶送的水，光線也很好，主要房價這麼實惠還能住的這麼好，下次還會再來的！

説實話，從介紹上看還不錯，關鍵是價格便宜！結果真的是便宜沒好貨啊！！
一共在平台上定了18個標間，結果客人入住後直接換了八間，原因就是房間內有太多的蟑螂，房間太潮，沒有通風，氣味太難聞了！有的甚至沒有更換床單！
都在五樓的房間！其他層還湊合！！！

***差了 噁心 洗漱池 沒有堵頭 打前台電話 打了三次 親自又去前台説了一次 服務跟不上 住了兩天都沒處理 續住也不給換床單浴巾什麼的 太差了 千萬別來住 洗澡的噴頭也不好用 無語了

設施有瑕疵，具體情況如下；
1.如房間裏的固定電話有故障，根本無法使用；
2.衞生間的小燈（好像叫霧燈）是壞的，以致衹能開衞生間的大燈，直接影響睡眠，因為房間和衞生間之間是玻璃，沒有牆；
3.我們住的雙床房，床頂上左邊的燈開關在右邊，右邊的燈開關在左邊。
細節決定成敗！這次我們從上海到江西，一路在金華、上饒、新餘住了三個旅店，都有細節管理上的問題，讓我們本來還很滿意情緒瞬間打了折扣，平添了一些遺憾。
