我們在停車場泡茶，被保安以停大把車為理由驅趕（一邊電話在和管理層報告），在我們退房為止，那一排停車位沒有多一台大巴車。早上水都是土色的，洗了一臉的泥水。酒店的管理層服務意識有待加強。

一進屋，先找工作人員要了蒼蠅拍，接下來就是一頓打蒼蠅，少説10多衹絕對有了，一地蒼蠅 shi 體，咱就是説這個房間裏有什麼嗎，這麼招蒼蠅，噁心死了。而且！!！晚上要睡覺了，拿開枕頭，枕頭和床頭板上夾着一衹臭大姐！!!!!！早餐的黃瓜一股腥味，是切菜沒換案板嗎？？要不是掛了一個景區門口誰住啊，真是無語，淡季齁老貴，前台還擺臭臉。

酒店距離景區很近走路幾分鐘就到了停車也很方便，是那拉提最好的酒店了，房間超級大住起來很舒服，而且酒店還貼心的給我們做了一些遊玩的推薦和攻略還有早餐也很不錯，真的很贊！

在那拉提草原遊玩結束後，因為之前訂的酒店條件非常差，所以才臨時臨急找了這家酒店，衹能説是中規中矩，裝修也挺舊了，最多和以前的三星級酒店差不多，可能因為當地氣候的緣故，酒店也沒有空調，但是因為在景區，不能要求過高
