房間進門就有自動燈光，温馨而明亮的環境，看着就很舒服
被子柔軟輕盈，貼合感超棒
潔具乾乾淨淨的，連水漬都沒有，可見保潔阿姨付出了很多，同時也體現了酒店管理的正規與水平，
前台營業小美女熱情大方，而且非常細心，説話時很平和，如同對待自己的親人一樣，超讚~
本人是一名企業內訓師，特別感謝她們的付出😊

入住感非常好，房間寬敞明亮，酒店服務好！設施比較新，設施全面，可以洗衣很方便。酒店早餐豐富，味道好。酒店周邊就是商圈，吃飯購物很方便，距離忻州古城不遠。值得推薦的酒店

優點：距離忻州古城較近
缺點：
1-市區鄰路較吵
2-管理不到位：餐廳內有人吸煙 請工作人員提醒 工作人員表示雖然不允許室內吸煙但是他們不好意思提醒
3-衞生不行：被罩有腳印
4-設施不行：衞生間地漏堵塞，窗户玻璃破損，樓梯踏步不合規範，房間較小

早餐很豐盛，而且口味相對外面的清淡一些，適合南方過來的遊客。衞生設施都不錯，地理位置方便，古城15分鐘步行，旁邊500米是商圈，

來忻州出差出了很多天，整體還可以，性價比很高
酒店臨街，比較吵！樓下的叫賣聲、車聲很吵！
房間內總有很刺鼻的煙味兒，我們根本不抽煙所以對煙味很敏感！煙味應該是從衞生間內的風機裏傳來的，別的屋抽煙，我們屋也沒聞到，真的很離譜！
整個酒店入住率很低，前台應該把住客房間分散開，我樓上住人，在屋裡走路、開關門，我們屋裡聽的很清楚！隔音很差！
優點：床很舒服，洗澡水很沖！有免費的宵夜！早點每天就那幾樣，味道一般般，去晚了就沒什麼能吃的了！

酒店在市中心，出門逛街購物很便利，到古城需要走半小時左右就是停車不太方便，早餐還算豐富，房間夠大也挺智能的，

房間智能控制，停車可以停在酒店樓下車位，早餐還不錯。距離忻州古城不遠，大概兩公里左右。整體服務不錯，就是細節還有上升空間，訂房時顯示有零食伴手禮但未見、兩個人入住房間裏衹準備了一雙一次性拖鞋、訂單顯示有夜宵提供但辦理入住時前台也未有提示。
