Bad review: The service attitude at the front desk was so bad that I booked a few rooms. Her attitude was as if I owed her money. Poor front desk service

房間都很乾凈整潔，前台還有酒店客房的服務人員態度都很好，設施也都挺齊全的，房間該配備的也都有，房間很安靜，房間裏也沒有異味空氣清新，各方面都對得起這個價格，性價比蠻高的，下次來還在這裏住哈哈

服務：酒店位置不錯，服務員建議我們打車去忻州古城，那邊不是很好停車，沒想到過年打車也不好打，不過還是很近的，滴滴打車15塊就到了，古城也很好逛
環境：房間隔音不太好，晚上一直有什麼東西規律的在響，沒找到異響來源，不過問題不大。暖氣太足了，向陽麪房間超級熱，另一個背陽房間温度就剛剛好

一打開門就有很大的一股潮味撲面而來，然後廁所衞生間地板有一大塊一大塊的污漬，就是那種油污一樣，濺是那種不知道大家能懂嗎?還有一團頭髮....很難評。最後就是我睡了一晚，渾身開始發癢，還起了痘。真的家人們，我住過這麼多酒店，第一次起痘，這很難評.....

本來定的套房，結果套房外邊是空調外掛機，特別吵，聯繫前台説是套房外邊都是這樣，要想安靜衹能換標間，我為了安穩睡覺同意了，結果標間沒一會就有異響，聲音還挺大的，但我老公累的不想再動了，最後我就一夜未睡，隔音效果不好！以後堅決再也不住這家店了！第一次住套房住成這樣，我也是醉了！我一直在想説的是既然剩下最後一個標間，而且平台上也沒有發佈出來，那這個標間有沒有問題你們酒店不知道嗎？還換給我們！也不知道是管道還是空調聲音特別大，我就不相信其他顧客沒有反映過！你們為了掙錢也是裝的厲害！

這個價位性價比很高，離古城開車10來分鐘，很方便。早點也豐富，酒店設施都很新，房間也很大，孩子在房間裏玩的很開心，非常滿意，有機會來忻州還住這裏。
