住了這麼多年的酒店，第一次遇到用不了空調的，外面那麼熱的天氣，屋裡的空調居然沒法制冷，説大樓物業不開空調，可你空調用不了為啥預訂的時候不提前告知！這次可真是讓人長見識了。

截止目前住的這個全季比我之前在其他城市住的全季服務都好
首先説服務上，態度都特別好，而且他們會第二天給你留房，防止第二天續住時無房。再説早餐，他的早餐要比其他全季的早餐樣式多，居然還有刀削麪，而且服務非常好。好評。

衞生：衞生情況差，翻開被子有頭髮。地板不乾淨。洗臉池不乾淨。
設施：全季的正常設施，智能馬桶冷冷的，別的全季馬桶坐上去是熱的很舒服。
服務：冷冰冰的，除了那個男前台熱情。什麼服務都沒有，比別的全季貴，也沒有早餐，也沒有延遲退房的服務，到是11:00準時打電話告知退房。
全季和全季真的不一樣。

真的太差了，晚上31度熱的睡不着，早上羊湯刀削麪，半塊羊肉沒有，裏面還有給別的客人煮剩下的方便麪，在攜程預訂的400元，進店前台工作人員説你們定貴了，辦我們的卡衹要415元~這是在開玩笑嘛？
