第一次入住這裏，服務態度確實不錯，還説辦理了會員可以住到第二天的入住時間，但是這次網上訂的是89房型，到店給我們説2樓沒有了，給我們換了8樓的房間，而且期間我們是不知道這個房間和二樓有差價的情況下，這不是我們的問題吧，是你們酒店想以低價引進顧客，我們第二天還沒到退房時間，我們説要續房，前台説我們住的價位不是這個房間，是因為昨天沒有了給我們住的這間，哪我們選擇在網上從新下了一間性價比高的房型，過來續房時，她板著臉説，二樓沒房間了，你們要留房也不早點定，既然沒有房間了，為什麼還掛網上？什麼態度呀，這是顧客問題還是酒店問題呀！

以前出差都住的這家，秀山這個地方很惱火，酒店都很貴，對比了很多家，就這家比較適合我的消費力。但是這次感覺房間的衞生有點糟。我皮膚比較敏感，床上用品如果消毒不好就會渾身發癢。這次的房間讓我有點難受😭希望下次可以消毒好點。

設施有點陳舊，入住進去不久就停電，沒有工作人員告訴是什麼原因，等了一會步行下樓去前台問工作人員，服務員態度不好，她的回答是不關酒店的事，不是酒店造成的停電，要等電力公司的人來修，個人覺得不管什麼原因可以電話告訴房客讓大家安心等待，包括沒有提供免費的礦泉水，服務到位了大家還是可以理解的。
