不知道怎麼多了訂單，重複訂了房間，因路上堵車取消了行程，衹取消了一個訂單，另一個訂單店家在未與我們聯繫情況下酒店單方面確認入住，第二天與他們溝通店家態度惡劣，拒絕退款，客服與他們溝通也無果，差評
