原本看着世紀緣的家庭房挺吸引人的，結果辦理入住第一次給了房卡，開不了門，衹好下去處理。於此同時由於婚禮問題電梯特別難等，可以理解！但不曾想第二次給的房卡依舊開不了門，這是什麼情況？衹好打電話，三次，居然都説對方欠費。這又是什麼情況？哇！第一次碰到酒店電話欠費，真的好像上個世紀的事件吧？進了房間，衞生馬虎，淋浴房的按鈕是壞的。説是有歡迎水果，送來的一盤小番茄有爛，居然龍眼發黴，這又是什麼情況？唉！國際酒店，連“己所不欲，勿施於人”的道理都不懂嗎？

酒店設施新，沒有什麼裝修味道，下午送水果，晚上有宵夜，還包含一張咖啡券。負一樓有一家熱門的自助餐館，品種非常豐富，口味尚可。美中不足：淋浴水温不太穩定，忽冷忽熱，需要注意的是早餐要早點去，九點半就結束收餐了，前台也沒有提醒。總的來説性價比很高。

2. 酒店前台接待服務很好！尤其是羅小姐很禮貌，熱情！
3. 客房服務也不錯，有免費可樂，水果，還幫忙整理夜床，
4. 門口保安為什麼總是站在水池旁攔住入住客人的車子不讓進？入住客人不應該在靠門口位置下車嗎？更別説幫客人搬行李了，我連住三晚，接待單位的車子送回酒店，都碰到這個問題！

服務：非常差！完全沒有服務可言！停車場保安不讓車停門口，問他是不是幫忙從停車場搬行李才不做聲，因為車上還有一個幼兒，看着一個孩子自己推行李車拿行李，沒有幫忙就算了，還在看熱鬧！問辦理入住的服務生，直接不回答問題，房務電話接了但是就是沒回應，入住後這個電競桌椅是個什麼擺設？

房間內部設計合理，所有小細節都考慮的很周到，有回家的感覺。房間床也特別舒適。酒店自帶洗衣房，拯救了被雨淋成落湯雞的我們的臟衣服，洗完還可以直接烘乾。晚上過九點後還有免費粥提供，味道清淡舒服，非常好評。miggie工作人員態度也特別好。

硬件非常好，環境很新 服務也不錯。就是走廊的火警報警時不時的響，打電話給前台才能關閉。晚上沒怎麼睡好，而且床頭的電話一直有莫名其妙的噠噠噠的聲音。另外給前台提個建議:我入住時有東西寄存在前台，離店時候忘記拿了，半路跑回來拿。你們應該在系統備註一下，這樣我退房的時候你們就可以提醒客户了。

總體很棒，房間寬敞，服務人員很熱情，因為房間沒有冰箱，阿姨幫忙存儲，因為第二天趕着去桃花潭，服務員及時送達。就是房間的風設計的不太合理，廁所沒有單獨的燈，使用很不方便。早餐很豐富，添加及時，雖然房間衹送了兩份早餐，但是服務人沒有額外收費。第二天的晚餐本想在大眾推薦的飯店用餐，可惜人爆滿衹能在酒店用餐，牛肉，雞湯麪，烤鴨都超級贊，聽説自助性價比也很高。酒店的spa也很舒服，連續兩晚找11號服務，和小朋友一塊看電影。

服務意識需要加強。比如，第一天入住，迎面看見一個酒店人員，沒有任何錶示，一轉身走開了。在酒店期間，很多次類似的情況，幾乎沒有遇見主動問好的情況，有點差，反倒是我們主動和酒店服務人員問好，但對方沒有任何反應，確實服務意識需要大力加強。餐飲一塊服務態度不錯👍
