Very good. I passed by Sanya and took a night's rest in Xuchang and found this newly opened Atour. It was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and provided breakfast. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I took a quick photo of the restaurant. It’s okay to have a good environment and taste! It’s worth recommending if you live in Xuchang!

It is said to be the first Atour in Xuchang, the latest version, with stylish decoration and super nice service. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She took us to the guest room and introduced us to the room facilities. The bath water was great! The hygienic details are also very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is the best I have ever stayed in Atour. I am very satisfied. It is my first choice when visiting Xuchang!

The room was average. I took my kids out to play during the Spring Festival holiday and booked this Atour hotel in Xuchang. It overturned my understanding of Atour. This is the worst time I have stayed at among all Atour hotels. I don’t know which room opened the door after 1 o’clock in the middle of the night. , I called the front desk to ask the security to check, but they said they didn’t hear anything. Several rooms nearby were woken up and they actually said they didn’t hear anything at 2:40... I was frightened again by someone using their room card to open the door. The management is too chaotic. I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s simply too poor

Overall it was okay, clean and welcoming, but the air conditioner can only heat, not cool. It happened to be very hot on the day I checked in. Without air conditioning, the heat only made it hotter and stuffier. I was so hot that I was sweating. In the end, I had to close the window and open the window for ventilation. I caught a cold when I alternated between hot and cold. The indoor temperature cannot be adjusted. This is a negative comment.

The room is spacious, fully equipped, clean and tidy, with new facilities, good service, rich breakfast, and excellent location. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza and Tianyue Plaza, which is convenient for eating. Free parking in the underground parking lot. Will stay here next time.

If the child hadn't fallen asleep, I would have had to change rooms and listen to the sound of running water in the bathroom all night.
