徐聞新柏萊酒店地裏位置非常好，周邊吃飯購物都很方便，酒店的服務人員態度和藹，有自己的停車場，太方便了。

房間衞生太差，空調不製冷，一個晚上房間温度都在32度，床單被套上都有污漬，床一躺上去就好像要塌了一樣，還有聲音。實在是不好的感覺

提前2天訂的房，去了之後説沒有收到平台的訂單，而且前台態度也不好，一番協調後雖然入住，但非常不爽；房間煙味非常重，開了空調半小時後略好，躺在床上，被子枕頭還是揮之不去的濃濃煙味；臨街，單層玻璃，一陣陣車聲呼嘯而過，房門隔音非常不好，在樓道説話聲音感覺和房內也差不多，睡眠不好的人根本就睡不着，屋內的煙霧報警器是壞的，每隔40秒就滴一聲，還好本人心臟強大；熬到下半夜還，好不容易安靜一會兒，睡著了，但窗簾沒遮光，天一亮自然也醒了。從來都沒那麼差的體驗…還要也不便宜，無語。

衞生環境不好，杯子都不乾淨。主要是太潮了，床和被子是濕的，屋子裡還有一股味道，有停車場不算特別大，位置還行的，樓下有吃的

酒店是要啥沒啥，一次性拖鞋沒有一雙，免費礦泉水沒有一瓶，早餐沒有，停車沒有位置了，空調沒有制熱，被子太薄，房間插座好多都是壞的，地面濕的很，窗户就是一面牆壓抑的很，春節期間還貴380一間太不值了，除了離徐聞港近20分鐘路程，如果不是輪渡半夜三更才到又有老年人在車上，咋個都不會住這裏

衞生很差，保潔阿姨也是臟得要死。把我的內衣褲丟沙發上，但布藝沙發滿是油漬。噁心到家了。房間特別寬敞，感覺住農村，又沒什麼設施。半夜不知道哪裡設備的低音嗡嗡聲，搞得人失眠。真是不改住這裏。
