前台服務態度級差，聯繫他還在打麻將，密碼鎖也不好，耗了我們十幾二十分鐘，後面換的房間衞生不好，前台不耐煩的説 愛住不住，直接換酒店！而且小區很黑，💡都沒有，避雷避雷，不能直接處理客人的客訴，衞生不過關我作為客人可以説的吧，可以投訴的吧！但前台態度真的不好，道歉的話一句沒有

這裏離海安新港很近，房間寬敞，陽台有安全措施，帶孩子入住很安心，房東很好，第一次自駕去海南。很多不懂的地方問房東。他都會告訴我們的

離海安新港很近，自駕挺方便的，陽台和房間能看到港口，除夕日絲滑進港，新能源車過海比徐聞港好，車上的人可以坐到港口下車

就是偏了一點，但是還是不錯的，可惜過去太晚看不到海景衹能第二天起床看，但第二天又得感謝開車過去徐聞港，離徐聞港有一定距離，離海安港才近，開車過去海南得提前兩個小時進港，所以七點多就得開車出門了
