The hotel seems a bit old, but it is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness room, and laundry room. It is located right next to the Pacific Ocean and has a great view. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are friendly.

Almost nothing worked in the room we stayed in. When first arriving we tried to connect the tv to watch Netflix but had an error connecting to the internet. We tried to call the front desk to have it fixed but the phone did not work. Eventually had the maintenance man come up and he couldn’t even figure out how to use the tv. We decided to just use our phones and in the morning after a shower we tried to use the hairdryer which ended up being broken. To top it off the provided fan for the room also was broken.

Room was so hot! Couldn’t open the windows at all. Happy the provided a fan, but still overwhelmingly too hot.
Everything else was great..

The ocean view was amazing from our room. The food at the resorts restaurant was delicious and huge portions. Even though they were in the process of remodeling the overall experience was great.

We loved the view from our room with the huge jetted tub! The room the big. The service staff at front desk were great! The restaurant staff were terrible and seemed irritated. One of the ladies went into the kitchen and yelled OMG! while holding her head. We actually got up and left. Definitely would go back and stay again. Theres plenty of wonderful places to eat there.

The view is incredible. The coast is exceptional in this area. The room had just been updated but it couldnt have been finished. There was three chairs but no table. No end tables but there was a lamp on top of the microwave, nowhere to plug it in. No dresser or table to set anything on.

The entrance is misleading, our room was outdated to say the least. The partial view of the ocean was mostly the roof of neighboring houses and backyards. The jacuzzi tub in room was nice & the view overlooking the ocean at breakfast was nice as well. My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary, we will not be coming back.

I have never had so much good and bad to say about one place. Workout facility and poo were excellent. Restaurant has best view ever. Room was beautifully remodeled but missing furnishings. Two beat up leather chairs and table with chairs in living room made it feel like a waiting room. Most disappointed that the room was misrepresented as a Mountain View when it looked out on a Walmart style parking lot. Unfortunately it appears that every non ocean facing room is stuck with this view. Our room had two windows facing north and the mountain was to the east. Also the place is undergoing major reconstruction which would have been nice to mention somewhere.
