The room layout is reasonable, the location is easy to find, next to the 318, there are many people entering Tibet. But the parking lot is weird, and the narrow spiral passage turns to dizziness. The exit is on the tenth floor. Breakfast can basically meet the needs.

G318國道路過雅江，不巧正逢雅江突發山火，城市部分靠近山火的酒店被疏散撤離。於是開車尋找其他酒店，途徑維也納酒店，先去停車場停好車，然後平台下單，卻遲遲沒有確認，去前台溝通也沒有訂單，又電話平台催促，也是因為山火原因，需要與中間商協調，最終在前台與平台努力協調下終於入住了，為此需要感謝前台FO:002美女，耐心説明協助，專業禮貌周到的安排下拿到房卡安心入住，房間很大，早餐還行，停車場從4樓一直可以到9樓。第二天也順利退房出城去理塘，雅江不是第一次來了，但這次特殊山火情況下印象特別深刻，能夠入住又特別難忘

辦理入住後説不能洗澡，因為熱水空氣源壞了，這種事訂房的時候不應該説明嗎？我們一路舟車勞頓，然後説熱水器壞了，前台態度生硬的説，不住的話現在可以退，但是很疲倦沒辦法，湊過一晚吧。
進屋十個插座八個壞的，不通電的，關窗户時發現還有個死蒼蠅一直貼在玻璃上很久了，晚上睡覺還發現床單也有污漬，非常不滿意！
