酒店超出預料的好，性價比很高，很滿意。 比較驚喜的是早餐菜品很豐富，有魚湯麪，炒山葯裏面還有蝦仁，不像一些酒店好像為了塞飽人肚子一樣… 整體服務態度真的很好，都會笑着和我們打招呼，有需求也會超及時回覆，服務人員小陶很友好，吃飯的時候蔡阿姨人超好。 適合親子游，園區去哪都有接駁車，有很多小動物而且還挺親人的。 一些小建議： 1.晚上進園區比較晚，路上路燈已經全關了，容易造成第一印象比較破敗而且安全上稍微有點欠缺 2.房間裏的衞生檢查工作…剛進去窗簾上爬了個大蜈蚣好嚇人 3.小動物們的照顧工作可以再完善一些，大一點的動物還好，小松鼠和小兔子感覺比較渴，樹葉都吃了… 總之非常推薦，感覺沒什麼人來真的好可惜~

是個度假酒店，園區很大，可以喂小動物，服務真的很很很好，帶到孩子2號去的，還送了小童洗漱包，魚湯麪很好吃，酒店內的每個工作人員都很熱情好客，妹妹都捨不得回家啦！週末一家人度假不二之選

禾墅私湯房，房間是1.8大床，窗外有個籬笆圍起來的精緻小院子，院子裏可以泡湯。 每天都送了一份水果，雖然不是很貴的水果，但感覺還可以。 不足就是洗漱台設計的有點尷尬，大人用都有點高，而且沒有乾濕分離，會弄濕房間；隔音也不太好，總是被走廊燈聲音吵到。 關於遊玩配套： 酒店自帶室內小童樂園、室外小童樂園和喂小動物的松鼠部落，但是感覺松鼠部落有點衰退的感覺，沒有好好在維護管理，有一些房屋和場地都已經荒廢了，隨便逛逛還可以。 離丹頂鶴濕地生態旅遊區比較近，過去遊玩很方便； 關於餐飲： 早餐還可以，麪檔有魚湯麪，熱菜有雜魚都算是比較有特色的，水果少了點，衹有小西紅柿和桂圓。另外，作為鹽城第1名的親子酒店，如果能大方點不收小朋友（130cm）的早餐費就更好了。 晚餐自己點菜，感覺挺不錯的，份量大，口味也適宜，雖然周圍沒有什麼飯店，但在酒店吃也算可口。

服務都不錯，去的時候是淡季，管家回覆及時 房間裝修不行，門有明顯劃痕損壞，衞生間很小，浴室淋浴花灑也不乾淨，床單還挺乾淨，浴巾浴袍也還可以，洗手枱上的小毛巾有點破 睡眠質量不好的不要住，早上5點多院子裏就有聲響，起床看發現院子裏的垃圾袋全被一衹鳥弄出來了，外面有人説話也能聽清，隔音是真差 帶孩子去了小動物那，投喂是15元一份，個人覺得不如每個房間可以送一袋，沒什麼好賣的，室內小童樂園裡還有一衹死鳥，小朋友不懂，從滑滑梯上拿下來，嚇死老母親，那也反映出小童樂園衞生沒有保障 環境很不錯，夏天要注意蚊蟲 個人覺得有待提高的地方主要還是硬件，衞生

訂的是私湯，院子衞生有待加強，私湯水池估計用的很少，畢竟室外，臟點也正常，院子裏面的椅子全是厚厚的一層灰，這就是打掃問題了，客人一進來，一屁股灰真的很掃興。既然訂的私湯，額外花錢買浴包讓人很不理解，房間是加了錢的，浴包成本也就幾塊錢，完全可以客房贈送，還要現場掃碼付費不能前台結賬，通往院子的門沒有遮陽，建議隔斷門可以做成各遮光的或者添加遮光簾，早上四點半天就亮了，房間也亮了，怎麼讓人好好休息？房間餐巾紙盒衹有三分之一，應該是之前沒有補足，上午打掃阿姨説話聲音很大，房間隔音一般，對面關門，房間門會有共振。餐廳服務不錯，供給很足，服務態度也很好。説的那些遊樂設施都不如小區裏面公共的，對於這個價位來講，性價比一般。
