前台的小姐姐服務態度很好，不懂就問，非常的熱情，裏面的工作人員也是如此，包含保潔阿姨態度都不錯的，我是連住兩天的，阿姨説你出門掛個牌子，我給你打掃好，酒店的早餐也很豐富，我跟孩子兩個人在這邊住的感覺很舒服，環境也很好

太棒啦！！！沒想到環境這麼這麼好！還可以選房間，設施都很新房間也很大，早餐真的讓人很驚喜！！品種很多！

在武漢看到過你好酒店，所以這次晚上到鹽城看到那麼多好評就預訂了。但是非常失望，酒店前台在6樓，電梯裏的數字必須仔細看才能看清楚按了沒有。每次到前台都沒有人，不是在吃飯就是在另一個房間聊天，很不敬業。房間細節太差，死角衞生打掃不乾淨，空調一晚上都不熱，淋浴水温最高38度，差點把我感冒了。面積也不大，總之感覺非常不好。早餐還可以，可是地上那麼粘鞋你們有沒有發現？退房的時候又找不到前台的人了，我很無語。住了一晚果斷離開。
