Go to Shimenguan gorge and hotsprings! The surrounding area is stunning. And we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a little strange because there were the hotel is separated into many different buildings, and you need to walk to eat in one building, and then where you swim in the hotsprings is about a 10 minute walk to another area. But the scenery and environment is beautiful and very relaxing. The trip through the gorge was breathtaking and surprised us, exceeding our expectations. I think this hotel is a great option to come see Shimenguan.

非常少差評，我們老老小小一行人到了酒店23：00。停車幾乎沒有車，工作人員死活不讓我們停比較近的停車場，讓我們全部老老小小領着行李走了好長時間，然後接下來入住前台工作人員一副你愛住不住的樣子，晚上鑰匙放在房間，打電話去前台讓服務員開門，服務員直接來拿了一堆卡説，我給你説我做了一堆房卡，免得你們反覆叫我，😅我無語，你們不是做服務的嗎？晚上一直停電，真是無語了。

為了心形山的夜景温泉來的。
位置：就在石門關景區裏。比較適合在石門關玩完然後住這個酒店，送雙人温泉門票。温泉沒有很大，有個游泳池，中温度池和高温度池。晚上我們去幾乎是包場，中温池不燙，可以一直泡。
房間：定的是Loft房型帶個小陽台，但是這個房間很奇怪，燈好像是感應的還有電源。出去個人燈關了各個插頭也沒電了。還得再去開門關門。我們住的E棟3樓房間，沒有電梯。不要帶太多行李。
晚上十點多泡完温泉想找點吃的，美食街上燒烤。牛肉50一份，但是感覺不像牛肉，吃着很怪。
服務：還行吧。畢竟園區比較大，很多棟，服務員來回跑會有點不及時。

一開始來大理選住宿選了很久，特別怕踩雷，看好評不錯就選擇這家。在我們到達大理前就有前台和管家主動聯繫我，告知我們當天到達的一些須知、注意事項，發送定位等到。我們到了的時候，前台第一時間出來接我們還幫我們拿行李，房間環境也不錯，就景區內，最近的天氣住下了真的非常舒服，非常涼爽，前台準備了水果。服務也很貼心，各種要求有求必應，下值得入住！

這次住宿體驗非常的棒！帶着長者和孩子一起出行，最重要的就是要住得乾淨衞生，各種對比最後選了大理石門關温泉酒店，住了一晚果斷安排續住。每天早餐的現煮米線，全家都喜歡！家人都説下次還要住這裏。另外景區的夜景和周邊的雲上村莊真的都非常漂亮。

景區風景很好，温泉也不錯，人少體驗好。酒店服務一般，入住指引非常差，房間木地板明顯裂開了但似乎沒人管，依然在使用，床墊遠遠比底部榻榻米小，露出部分很容易磕碰到。

地處蒼山環抱之中，風景視野絕佳。能在這個地方居住的話是很舒服的。酒店的環境設施是新的，裝修風格偏日式和古典。消費合理。遊客中心的飲食不貴，還好吃。住在這裏就要去泡温泉，是能夠在星空下泡的温泉，很稀罕。
服務：前台辦理入住有個偏胖的女員工，服務態度不是很好。這邊還在排隊等她辦理入住，她一句話不説撂下還在排隊的人，帶着一個插隊的人去看房間內部裝潢。無語。大中午很多人排隊又熱又累的，她這樣做真的很沒水準。
