酒店總體舒適，距離珍珠灣景點入口步行5分鐘就到了，飛龍寺也很近，親子遊玩總體還是不錯的。唯一不好的就是酒店停車場好多鐵鈎，應該是以前固定小樹苗的，現在沒用也沒有清理掉，我們剛到酒店下車就中招了，膝蓋和手都摔破了流了好多血，希望酒店儘快清理掉，不然下次還會有人中招，旅行就是開心出門平安到家。

酒店環境一般，衞生室沒味道，還可以，可能是這裏沒怎麼開發，人比較少，吃的地方不多就是珍珠灣出來的幾家，後來去了東平一號吃，不錯。唯一不好的是酒店出來不是沙灘不能下水，要走幾百米才到珍珠灣。而且要租救生圈才能下水30一次

訂了大床房，但空調無法制冷，晚上煎熬了一個多小時才換了雙人床房，最氣人是價格居然同價，太過份了！早上吃了個早餐，門卡也開不了，不知道這酒店是否日久失修，令人失望😞

酒店設施稍舊。酒店靠海邊，但不能直下海邊，需走路十分鐘。有停車場方便。酒店隔壁有早餐有飯店，但比較貴。

看中這家酒店有多床套房（兩室一大廳、三個衞生間、三張床），雖然看前面評論有心理預期，但確實到了實地，各方面就是一種感覺：撐一天是一天、隨時可以關門歇業了。可以理解，這地方名氣不大，熱度遠不及海陵島那邊，酒店周圍的民房很多都做成個性化民宿， 酒店長期客源不夠，維持不住也是自然。荒涼的大堂，靠街的前門貼張紙讓你走後門，旁邊的B棟貼着“整樓出售”，餐飲樓層一看就是關張好久了，破爛的大堂門前地墊，散落各種落葉草根，不明亮且斑駁、門的閉合都有些問題的電梯………套房看的是街景，可能住的人很少，有被當迎親房的痕跡，有些許煙味和不通風的悶味。 床品衞生還可以，看起來乾淨也沒異味，但是淋浴間地漏還有很多頭髮實在有些yue。沒有網絡電視，是有線的，不高清不説，台也不多，雪花還不少，哈哈哈有些復古的感覺。 停車還算可以，這麼點住客，車位不顯緊張。
總結：住一晚能接受，但不推薦。

已經是第4次入住了，訂的海景房，房間在頂樓，風景沒得説，如圖片那樣，一線大海景。大酒店的地理位置是最好的，因為可以看到珍珠灣的左右兩邊的全景，房間挺大的，有個大陽台，方便晾衣服。離珍珠灣入口很近，走幾分鐘就到了。自帶停車場，停車位充足，免費停車。帶自助早餐。裝修有稍為舊了，但設施都是完好的，還帶按摩花灑。真是值得一住

一進去，樓梯全部都是灰塵和樹葉，然後桌子和床單都有灰塵，叫了人才幫手清潔，然後晚上熱水竟然衹有35度左右！ 簡直要把我的寶寶弄感冒！ 環境實在太差了，我是不會再去了！
