Spring Flowers Blossoming Inn (Yangshuo West Street) Reviews

This is my second time staying at this guesthouse for a trail running race in Yangshuo, and it's as cozy as ever. I brought my little pet along, and even the dog seems to know its way around now. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yangshuo. By the way, the scenery on the trail running route was really beautiful!

It was great stay! Girls at the reception desk are super nice and always helpful 😍 I loved the room and the nice view, overall I would stay there next time.

The accommodation was lovely. Right next to West Street but a little further up so it didn’t feel overwhelming at night. (Could only hear very distant music on a Friday night and I have a feeling that’s similar in all the hotels in the area). Loooovely girls at the front. They did their best with their English and I did my best with Chinese and we got there in the end. Gave me tips on how to get around by bike and tried the best to make me feel welcome (I was travelling solo). Clean rooms. The building is a bit old but like most building in the area. The rooms were super super clean though so I was very happy about that. This was the view from my window ＜3

The location and room were great, but we had to go to a fourth floor with no elevator, although the staff helped us with some luggage.

The ladies at the reception were super nice. I clogged the toilet once, and they immediately told me they would take care of it while I go out to visit. The room was not the cleanest though, it smelt like smoke (non-smoking room), and there were some fingernail cuts spread out on the bedside table and on the bed. It was raining heavily when I went, and I was on the very last floor. The ceiling of my bathroom was leaking a little bit. Overall, the only good points are the location and the niceness of the workers.

Great location, very clean. Comfortable interior and very friendly staff. Also, the washing machine was very convenient.

On one side, the solitude of nature; on the other, the bustling town. Nestled amidst mountains and rivers, yet within reach of ancient pavilions. Serene and lively, all at your fingertips. A warm cup of red date ginger tea soothes both stomach and soul. Having visited Yangshuo seven times, I've long since moved past merely admiring its landscapes to cleansing my spirit. Simplicity, minimalism, and openness truly bring about the feeling of spring blossoms. This is Yangshuo.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Guilin, making it super convenient to visit famous attractions. The best part was the staff! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one staff member who assisted us in booking tickets for our activities. Their hospitality truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. I booked a room on the ground floor with no windows. The room was right next to the reception, but I liked it. The room was clean, quiet, cheap, and in a great location near West Street (see photo). I especially liked the free coffee/tea. When I was bored, I came to sit outside and chat with the friendly receptionist. I definitely will book this hotel again if I come back.

Overall great! A very comfortable room, for a very good price. Staff was friendly and gave helpful suggestions. I also left my jacket there on accident, and they helped deliver it to me in Shenzhen.

Beautiful location, amazing hotel, really really gorgeous and amazing stay

Hotel was great. Location is perfect : 5 min walk from all the action, but far enough that it feels like a calm town. The owner was very kind and willing to help us with all of our activities if needed. I got the best view of the town when I went up the 5th floor for laundry. 10/10, I would go there again for sure !

We had a great time staying here. The mountain views were amazing, and the place felt really private—not overlooked at all. The hotel is small, cute, and has a charming vibe—probably something people with European tastes would really appreciate. The staff were super helpful—they let us check in early for free, sorted out e-bikes without needing a deposit, and booked our taxis too. Our room was big and very clean. Just a heads-up: it gets pretty bright in the morning because of the large windows, but the air conditioning works really well and cools the room down fast. The location is perfect—just a short walk to West Street, but on a quiet road so it’s peaceful. I found it very affordable specially when compared with other hotels.
