客服很到位，訂了兩個兩房一廳的海景房，有一個跟海景房扯不上邊而且不同棟，一家人出遊被分配的不同棟有點差人意，客廳沒空調，熱，衞生不過不失。

首先請大家欣賞無敵大海（工）景（地）
我們的海景房因為店家超售的原因，沒任何提前聯繫溝通，去到才發現準備給視頻最右側直麪工地方向的工地房當海景房給我們（由於當時過於震驚，那邊的方向沒有拍到。當時表示了貨不對版，工作人員説讓我們出陽台看向左側就能看到了（**呀，建議下次還有像我一樣**選了你們家的客户入住的話送望遠鏡哈）。講真這個時候衹是覺得無語，還沒生氣。讓我生氣是下面的踢皮球操作：
各種工地打樁和挖掘聲音實在接受不了，表示那個方向的房間要麼按訂單給海景房要麼退當晚。工作人員先把我們踢給攜程説攜程同意了就可以，接着和攜程客服來回了N次告知：“店家表示給到的已經是海景房，不存在貨不對版情況，不能更改也不能退錢”。媽耶，這店家説瞎話的能力可不一般呀（這個時候我想看下這條差評他們會怎麼回覆原因，畢竟他們詭辯的能力真的讓人覺得無敵）。噢，可能會説給我們兩個側海景的房間升級成海景房了，就是視頻這個所謂的海景房（真的會謝）。後來在我多次表示無論如何不會入住工地房，表示投訴攜程不行我就投訴工商的情況下才勉強給我退了第一晚的。從下午兩三點處理到晚上七八點才鬆口説可以退第一晚，真的是一次難忘的攜程定酒店經歷）
PS:疫情後旅遊業已經這麼難了，月亮灣和攜程的服務質量真的多得你們不少。希望當地和攜程在商家入駐的審核和對海景房的定義提高那麼一點點吧。

我是看到評分4.9分以為很好才來、來了就很後悔！估計下次都不來了！周邊都是在建的爛工地、灰塵滾滾！酒店的衞生也塵到無法形容！走廓過道到衞生間都是塵！酒店也沒有任何設施、也下不了海！沒有任何服務可言！

房間比較新凈，位置是在月亮灣碧桂園的小區裏面，裝修風格也比較温馨，走出陽台可以看到全海景，比較適合兩人出遊居住，除了略小一點點，其他都挺好的，房東管家服務也不錯呢，還是值得入住的。

很新的公寓，入住體驗特別棒。能從陽台直接看到大海，晚上的摩天輪也很棒。聽老闆説，有的房間還能躺床上，滿眼都是大海，下次過來就訂那個試試
