錯峯出行，價格便宜，定了雙床房，好大，退房的時候突然下雨了，還借了傘給我，挺好的，本來一切都很完美，可以給五星的，但是，發生件不愉快的事情，退房後寄包在酒店，晚五點多拿包，急忙中把一個塑料杯忘記在水吧枱了，幾個小時後發現打電話問有沒有個杯子，我想着不值錢的不會有人拿的，結果沒有，本來沒有就沒有了，前台來了一句不是貴重物品不會保留的，我就生氣了，這話説的！客人的東西不管價值多少，我才走後沒多久，應該有記憶的！即使真沒有，或者扔了，作為前台也不應該説這話！

房間很乾凈，熱水出水很快，設施齊全，每天還送兩瓶純凈水，西邊旁邊不遠就是大運河博物館，東邊小吃部不少，另外酒店早上可以供應早餐。

來這邊找朋友的順便逛了逛附近，地理位置非常好，晚上可以去三灣風景區吹吹風，離大運河博物館超級近，非常值得！

1，前台23年開業的酒店，房門沒有鏈條鎖，説是自己反鎖起來就可以了，我還是不放心，自己用椅子和紙巾盒頂住門把手。這個讓我缺少安全感的門體驗很不好
2，酒店被子太薄了，開空調睡覺太幹了，開着空調睡也還是不暖和，可能是我比較怕冷。打電話去酒店前台送一床被子給我，前台説被子被其他房間客人都拿走了，我跟絕望啊！
3，早上去餐廳吃飯，我沒有餐券，去前台要，前台説給我了，我無語了，難不成我要騙一張餐券？旁邊一個阿姨勸前台別説了，再給一張，就算解決了，但是不開心，還是去吃完飯了。
4，早餐的粥裏有一根頭髮，快吃完了發現的，沒敢吱聲，拍照留念吧。唉！已經這麼多問題了，再説會捱罵吧！

酒店坐落在大運河三灣景區旁，距離大運河博物館很近，走路就可以去參觀了。
早餐雖然不是很豐富，但是吃得很可口很舒服，房間衞生很好，床品非常乾淨，服務員服務很貼心，給我做了延遲退房。非常感謝！酒店還給預備了養生茶🍵喝，非常貼心。
