Service: The hotel service is good and responsive. I wanted to borrow a lighter and they also helped to deliver it to the room. I accidentally dropped the card reader in the room when I checked out. When I came back to pick up my luggage, the hotel gave it to me before I realized it.
Environment: The room is clean and tidy, with a good view outside the window. The hotel is right next to the ancient canal.

The outside looks nice, but the accommodation is really average. The price is a bit high. The free parking lot is quite large and there is no need to worry about parking spaces on holidays. Other things are really average. The hot water for showering is very small, and the toilet will bubble up by itself. The sound insulation is not good. I heard the neighbors shouting Xiaodu Xiaodu to turn off the TV in the middle of the night.
