Changle Inn

The environment was fantastic, and both the shuttle driver and guesthouse staff provided excellent service. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I was very happy.

This is my first time staying in such a spacious inn, and you can take so many beautiful photos just within the inn itself. Staying here really lets you experience the slow pace of life in Yangzhou, almost like stepping back in time.

Stayed at Changle Inn with my daughter, it's right on Dongguan Street, which is convenient for sightseeing. However, because of its location, you have to walk to the West Gate to hail a taxi. It can be a bit inconvenient if you have luggage, but you can contact the front desk from the parking lot and they'll send a shuttle to help with your bags. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was great; my daughter was very happy with the makeup and styling.

The inn's ambiance is absolutely stunning, truly feeling like you're living in a traditional garden estate. The rooms are charmingly antique, though the standard twin room with 1.2m beds is a bit small, but it's clean and tidy. We booked a photoshoot as part of a package, but it was just okay; on holidays, it's incredibly slow and time-consuming. The inn is right next to Dongguan Street, making it easy to go shopping in the evening. They offer complimentary morning tea, which is great value for money. There's also a parking lot and a shuttle service. Overall, it's excellent and very convenient.

This hotel is located right on Dongguan Street, within the scenic area, and just outside its doors is Geyuan Garden, one of the four famous classical gardens. Its prime location within the scenic area makes it an ideal spot for business travelers to experience the ancient city of Yangzhou in their leisure time. The hotel itself is a garden, offering unique experiences at different times of the day—morning, noon, and night. Take a stroll, enjoy a cup of tea, savor the special breakfast, admire the leaves and flowers, and wander through the pavilions and terraces. It's truly delightful.

Yangzhou Changle Inn boasts a superb location, right on Dongguan Street. The courtyard is a charming oasis of tranquility amidst the bustling city, with beautifully arranged pavilions and terraces. Inside, the rooms are cozy yet elegant. The winding flagstone paths and traditional brick and tile walls throughout the inn create a picturesque and poetic atmosphere. It's truly fantastic! 👍

Environment: The environment at Changle Inn is beyond words. It's on par with any of the paid gardens in Yangzhou. The rooms here are split from individual courtyards. I arrived a bit late, and luckily there was a room available. The front desk staff was very thoughtful and upgraded my room type. Service: Since the inn is located on Dongguan Pedestrian Street, I wasn't sure where to tell the taxi to drop me off. I called the front desk, and they told me I could take a taxi to their private parking lot, and they would send a shuttle to pick us up, which would help us avoid the difficulty of dragging luggage on the cobblestone streets. What's even more impressive is that when I checked out today, I asked if they could also drop us off, and they readily agreed. Many hotels offer pick-up but not drop-off services, so this was excellent. Facilities: The rooms are a bit old, and the bed is hard. However, looking at the bathroom facilities, you can tell quality materials were used back in the day. Plus, there's individual floor heating, which pleasantly surprised me. Very good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. It's highly recommended.
