Hot springs is very enjoyable and the location is perfect. We stated for two nights. All things are great.

I love this hotel with great appreciation. The mansion we stayed was well maintained and looked after. It has a in-house hot spring with a dedicated pool. Th sitting room is large and comfortable. There is a separate yoga room. Nice touch! The best of experience is from its well trained staff. We felt very welcoming all the time.
I have already planned to come back and stay at Slender West Lake Spring Hotel Yangzhou in the coming winter.

Great hotel absolutley loved the hot springs. The location is ideal as you are right next to the lake and the breakfast is a must.

Read books than travel, opening said walk travel, Yangzhou not to be missed, one thousand, picturesque, resort, hotel, service is great, the lobby manager “Han Chao”team warmly received us, the most profound image is the concierge little elder brother, “Long”, sunshine humor, charming smile, and help take luggage “Luo”is also very good, free can be in a time。

Great location. We were given free access to the hot spring which was huge and really nice. More than 10 pools to choose from and clean. Also given vouchers to use the Chinese traditional costume which was fun. Location was perfect - directly opposite the slender West lake. Overall a great experience.

非常幸運節假日前能免費升級到別墅房型，兩間並一間，雖然單間卧室不大，但整體利用率和空間更適合家庭使用，非常棒的體驗。晚上下雨很冷叫了外賣吃了頓火鍋，管家服務很周到，快遞幫我把兩大箱外賣送過來。客廳很大，小寶可以盡情的爬行，BWT，還專門麻煩管家來兩次清潔了一次，大雨天的服務也很好。走的時候還很温馨的寫手禮袋送伴手禮。很用心！
整體酒店很適合帶孩子長者。早餐、萌寵玩耍、温泉遊樂都很全，迎賓館住了兩天逛完景區，這裡是不錯的休閑度假好去處。酒店帶孩子可以玩一整天。
周邊餐廳也很方便，香園茶社味道也不錯。
總之，性價比超高。

2019年就入住過貴酒店當時印象就很好 所以今年趁5.1過後又預訂了貴酒店 讓我意外的是時隔多年酒店不然沒有退化 更多的是升級了很多新內容和服務 房間空間很大 升級了家庭房 兩卧室兩衞生間 一個大客廳和一個露天私湯 私密性很好而且兩間卧室在兩頭完全不影響很適合家裡和長輩一起出行泡湯 備品是法拉格慕很不錯 電吹風也升級了戴森 最值得表揚的是知道泡湯的需要大量的喝水直接配備了北鼎的即熱飲水機和大桶的水 超貼心 minibar有軟飲贈送 酒店還做了很多親子項目 有定點的園內小火車 小朋友坐的超開心 還增設了萌寵樂園 可以投喂小動物 室外有小朋友的挖沙區和露天温泉 這次沒有去體驗室外温泉 下次要體驗體驗 這次入住 特別要表揚和感謝王經理和小全經理 服務主動熱情周到 管家小邵 謝謝你們入住期間的照顧

提前預訂的4月底的温泉酒店，也是朋友推薦的，地理位置在瘦西湖東門對面非常方便，提前一天接到酒店電話溝通，給我們家庭出遊升級成了別墅家庭房。住了三晚享受到最好的服務，在國內酒店還是很讚的，真是有賓客如歸的感覺。辦理入住很快，有專人引導坐接駁車到別墅區，別墅家庭房100平左右，兩室一廳非常大，也有小院和私湯。每天有可樂氣泡水和茶飲料免費供應，還提供新鮮的水果，還可以憑藉房卡無限泡温泉。別墅區配了生活管家，孫管家和殷管家真是有需要隨時過來，比如幫忙熱飯幫忙調節室內設備，臨走的時候還有小驚喜禮物。整體酒店面積非常大，綠化超級好，還有萌寵樂園咖啡廳。感謝這次留下非常珍貴的回憶，父母也非常滿意，也會推其他朋友來。
