裝修很有特色，以白色為主，進門帶有下沉圓形會客廳。樓梯全燈光設計，拍照很出片。三間獨立的大床房，可住6人，我們住了三個人，一人一間，太奢侈了，不過整體感覺還不錯，鬧中取靜，出門步行十幾分鍾就可以到達東關街和綵衣街。

不錯的誠園，環境古樸優雅，一家9人，5間房住的舒坦，貼心的管家提前打好空調，温暖入住。一樓還有麻將桌，晚上娛樂不誤。停車步行7分鐘，周邊吃喝也方便

朋友推薦訂了這家的三居房型，開始看了一些點評還有點猶豫，再看價格可以接受，也找不到其他適合我們我又看得上的房型了就訂它了。
1.空調：這幾天白天氣温高，晚上氣温衹有幾度，好在空調夠暖和。前面客人説客廳冷，我住的時候一樓玻璃門貼了毛條，改善到位哈哈。
2.熱水：我們六個人挨個洗沒問題咯，三個熱水器可以洗大象了誒。
3.至於有前人説他家空調，暖氣，投影儀噪音大，我聽着不就是正常噪音嘛，這也能挑骨頭？那麼高要求五星級酒店都要跪下來求你咯。
4.位置絕佳，到皮市街幾百米，路上還有小眾景點可以看。就是遺憾沒時間訂春節的房，看看揚州的煙火氣，那位説空氣不好的小夥伴下次可以和你換個日期住嘛？
得空和老闆聊了聊，老闆除了這家還有三個店呢，老闆加油，發財發財。

老闆入住當天上午就聯繫我發送了定位和入住説明，天氣不好行李多還幫我找了超近的停車位，老闆説了有問題可以直接聯繫老闆哈哈哈。民宿位置很好找，外觀是紅色的很顯眼，在巷子裏距離路邊5米卻並沒有什麼噪音，旁邊有個小超市24小時的買零食很方便，周邊有居民居住很有市井氣。晚上一起圍坐一樓吃個火鍋太舒服啦。揚州這兩天氣温很低，二樓卧室空調夠用了，而且有多的被子可以加蓋。衞生間有浴缸，我們沒有用，本來擔心一個衞生間人多熱水不夠用，結果看到有三個熱水器，我們六個人洗完還有熱水。春節時候看了揚州所有酒店價格翻兩三倍不止，實在捨不得，春節後這個價格訂到這個房型性價比太高了，三四個人住就更舒適啦。

從民宿的名稱和價格來看，此處定位在中高端。但從實際的三晚居住體驗而言，給3分。首先，全屋未裝地暖，客廳安裝國產普通空調，噪音較大。客廳還有一壁爐式暖風機，功率有限，吹風時噪音也很明顯。客廳娛樂設施為一部投影，清晰度尚可，可觀看內容也很豐富，主流三平台，騰訊，愛奇藝，優酷都可使用會員權益，值得肯定！遺憾的是，投影儀噪音也很明顯。其次，卧室的通風采光條件有限。這固然有老城區，受制於老街巷地理環境的客觀因素，但沒有新風系統，的確屬於主觀疏忽！如果不開空調，在這個季節，濕氣明顯，床褥感覺潮潮的。開了空調，噪音問題就會出現，而且由於是普通空調，沒有環境感應功能，吹久了太乾，關了又感覺有點冷。再次，就是衞生間，撇開三卧的設計，衹有一個衞生間的問題。最讓人詫異的是，衞生間內沒有任何取暖設備！而且，使用的是三個小容量電熱水器！一次衹能滿足一人的用水。再次使用需要等待20分鐘以上。沐浴用品皆是非主流品牌。最後，説一下服務。客房清潔沒有每天都做，問了房東，回饋居然是阿姨太忙忘記了！卧室牆面和飄窗上有明顯污漬，也未清理，還把清掃工具放在台盆邊上，觀感很差。至於其他細節也就不一一贅述了。
