給接待小杜點贊，很親切，服務又好。服務員張美英也考慮很周到，第一天送了牛奶和小點心，看到帶了娃娃，第二天水和浴巾也直接多加了一份，細心又細緻。房間裝修蠻新的，入住體驗很好，本來預訂了一天，直接追加了一天，下次來揚州繼續這一家。

滿意，給五星好評！設施齊全，現代智能化，電動門窗，乾淨整潔，服務一流，特別是前台美女小雪雪，服務一流，幫我解決了很多問題，離東關街很近，步行10分鐘路程，房間特別還升了級，下次到揚州繼續來入住朗遇麗呈酒店。

酒店房間不大，但是收拾的很有特色。黑白線條，乾淨利落。
前台小潔，小雪的服務很不錯，孩子頑皮，打碎了杯子也沒讓賠償。非常客氣。
入住有送免費的停車券，去市區很方便。

超級無敵差的住宿體驗、真的是超級臟超級差、下午登記入住然後出門、半夜回來酒店結果讓我驚掉下巴、床單真的超級臟、我真的是因為半夜強忍着噁心🤢和朋友住了一晚、毛巾爛的浴巾臟的反胃🤢、我嚴重懷疑浴巾和床套沒洗就用上了、地上也是很臟、不是有垃圾垃圾的臟、而是沒清理乾淨、衹能説明打掃衞生的人非常敷衍、上面領導也完全不用心檢查、外表和內在完全不匹配、就這還要二百多塊錢我真的不知道是怎麼好意思收這個錢的、哪怕是旅遊人士住的地方也不至於這麼不負責任吧？我真的希望能給我一個合理的解決方案、今天退房沒直接找前台的原因是因為我知道前台人也衹不過是單純上班人羣、不會有任何什麼特別解決方案、我來揚州旅行説真的其他都非常非常滿意、但是讓我不想再來這座城市的原因是因為酒店的條件真的影響到我、真的我表示很無語😓

五一期間收費漲價到800元/間/晚，可惜沒有相應的服務和設施。房間衞生感覺一般。凌晨驚覺房間內因為下雨落水管被堵而水漫金山，酒店方處理問題不積極也不主動迴應賠償。感謝平台，下次不要推薦這樣差的酒店給我，着實難忘！萬分感謝！
