衞生間馬桶根本沒打掃全是尿點，衹是看了一眼沒敢仔細看，再也不會去的酒店。服務壓根沒有體驗到。

環境真的沒得説，天藍得沁人心脾，有一種世外桃源的感覺，酒店的衞生和設施也很不錯，，唯一一個讓人覺得很不滿的是我們入住的時候，12點多到酒店前台，被要求14點之後才能入住，我們等了兩個小時後，帶着4個6歲左右的小孩和一個不到半歲的嬰兒，，辦理了入住，發現有兩個房間根本還沒收拾，我們自己催的房車管家，過來收拾，等到了15:30才來人收拾房間，，，，，，退房的時候我們又被要求12點之前必須退房，上一位客人12點退房，到我們入住14點，兩個小時在幹嘛呢？？我們差不多16點才住進去，也沒有任何人説聲抱歉，覺得理所應當嗎？並且球形帳篷露臺中間的連廊裏遮陽的篷布也衹有一張，問工作人員，説他們衹有一張，，，，，，搬了幾個大紙箱，也不知道是幹嘛的，放在連廊裏，也不拆，佔了很大一塊區域，後來才知道是桌子和椅子。。。。價格跟五星級酒店差不多了，服務呢？？？？

酒店位置不錯，但服務實在很差勁。我們續住的20號早上8點左右在前台值班的小姑娘給人留下很不好的印象，説話很生硬，沒有服務意識，感覺很不好。如果不是因為距離雪場近，是不會再住的。

從前台和餐廳的服務員到房間保潔大姐都非常熱情，服務也非常人性化，遠超出這個價位酒店的標準，不愧是紅色小鎮。酒店周邊也很漂亮，但是設施就有點差強人意了，地毯感覺有幾十年沒清洗了，洗手間也是有異味的，不是打掃的問題，是太陳舊了，感覺是管道返臭。房間窗簾的隔光層都爛了。還有就是千萬別把房卡丟了，一張50。酒店點餐的飯菜不錯，性價比很高，服務人員也特別的貼心，早餐有點寒酸了。

房屋乾淨整潔，酒店服務員都很不錯，對小朋友很友好，停車方便，從酒店去雪場開車十分鐘內。晚餐味道不錯，價格合理，早餐也很豐富，推薦入住。

客房還是比較多的，但是在羣裏旺季的時候還是提前預訂比較好～酒店有免費電瓶車，可以坐着去照金牧場，天氣好的時候牧場還是很不錯的～照金牧場有房車燒烤，想體驗的話也可體驗啊～
