Very nice swimming pools, beach a little less, practically black water but very calm with few tourists
Beautiful hotel with tasteful decoration but to renovate and refresh...
Cleanliness to be reviewed, no change of sheets every day in the rooms, dirty floor...
Daily repetitive buffet and lack of fresh fruit and ice cream
No elevator so very annoying we were on the first floor with a baby
Overall ok stay but not worth a 5 star European.

First time here lovey weather would 100% come back. The animation team were amazing especially Hana she was so kind and helpful to everyone.there was lots of games and activities to take part in all day long and then shows and Muño discos at night.

Amazing stay. Room was amazing and clean. Pool area and beach facilities were great. Entertainment team were amazing especially amine, he made the holiday. Shows every night were to a high standard and there was always something to do during the day and night. We went to the al a carte restaurant for an extra charge which was really nice and worth the extra bit of money. Already planning to come back next year.

Fantastic hotel,large choice of food, rooms spacious and clean, staff are amazing,very helpful and friendly. Bar service was great, special mention to Emir and Imed who were fantastic and the entertainment is very good, especially Hana who always made time to speak to everyone. Simply can not fault anything. If you planning a trip to Tunisia I would recommend staying here.

Amazing experience we have had at this hotel.the hotel was spotlessly clean rooms are great, food is fabulous love Tunisian food,shout out to all the staff special the entertainment team made us feel like VIP all amazing make you stay good .

Very disapointed !!!! I am waiting for the refund of my reservation charged twice for 2 months!!! And still nothing!! Lots of excuses to slow things down, solutions provided on my side to speed things up but nothing from yours! It is shameful ! 👎👎 Customer service is 0! Too bad to have a mask!
